Hiring full-time, permanent personnel can be costly, with many unknown factors. With CL Staffing, you can give an employee a risk-free trial. When we find the perfect match you can convert to full time after 90 working days, or if you prefer, you can hire immediately with a conversion fee. If we fail to find you a qualified candidate, we will replace them at no additional charge to you.
CL Staffing’s on-site services will minimize you company’s time and involvement in overseeing, tracking and supervising large number of temporary employees. On-site Services can also include timekeeping system which will automate tracking of employee’s time, accurately track and review all invoices, and provides extensive reporting capabilities as needed.
A CL Staffing representative can be available part-time, as needed, or on a full-time basis to provide some or all of the following services:
Provide temporary employees when you need them:
Recruit, interview, screen, and place employees on assignment;
Work with an alternate service to locate temporary when order for personnel is not met;
Arrange replacements for any individual who fail to meet your company work performance standards.
Manage Temporary Employee Traffic
Check employees in each day; Conduct new employee orientation;
Monitor attendance, and arrange for back up when needed;
Gather and total timecards on Monday Mornings;
Deliver payroll checks each Friday;
Issue and track picture security badges and safety equipment;
Process all walk in applicants.
Simplify Timekeeping system
Track and review all invoices;
Resolve payroll issues or questions.
Safety Issues
Conduct safety orientation and training for OSHA Compliance (through demonstrations, lectures, safety videos and written safety information).
Arrange for first aid or medical treatment in the case of an incident.
Complete and file accident reports.
Manage modified duty program.
An Extension of your Human Resources Department
Meet regularly with line supervisors, department heads, and/or senior management to determine personnel needs and requirements and to assess quality of work performance;
Generate employee usage reports on a weekly and/or monthly basis;
Provide counseling to temporary employees. Monitor any delicate employee situation and work closely with our legal counsel to resolve the situations in the best interest of your company;
